We always offer free shipping. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days of Flattered's approval and confirmation of your order with default delivery Services. Local differences can occur depending on country. For some countries we offer Express service with 1-2 days delivery days.
Payments
Flattered engages Klarna Checkout as its sole payment solutions provider. Payments may be made in the currencies listed in Flattered’s online store. Refund
Refunds are made in accordance with the payment method used for purchase. We strive to effectuate refunds as soon as possible, but sometimes it could take up to 1-2 weeks until they are refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
As a Flattered customer, you are entitled to sale on approval, which means you can cancel your purchase, even if the goods are not defective, within 14 days of delivery. We offer free shipping on all returns.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another product, it is recommended that you return your purchase – free of charge – and place a new order in our online store for the product you would like in exchange.

Complaints
